Testing and Investigation
When the presence of mould is suspected in your building, indoor air quality testing is a useful tool to confirm if mould spores are in fact present, along with the severity of the suspected issue.
Mould can be found on almost any surface under the right conditions, arising from ongoing moisture ingress, or a single sudden moisture event, mixed with high humidity and warm temperatures. Mould growth will continue if the source of moisture remains undiscovered or is unresolved in a timely manner, affecting the health of building occupants.
Indoor air testing involves taking a sample of the air quality in the affected space, with samples sent to an independent laboratory for analysis. Our report provides the locations sampled, testing method, laboratory results, and recommendations.
