Building Asset Management
Our building asset management service is an excellent option compared to the more traditional property management and facility management services available, particularly in owner / occupier buildings. We effectively amalgamate the operational and financial management of the services and systems contractors that are nominated within the compliance schedule, thereby creating a single point of contact for our clients.
We use our building consultancy and compliance expertise to keep our clients’ buildings appropriately maintained and compliant with the Building Act. Our service is based on providing all of the testing services required by the compliance schedule as one package, rather than being from numerous providers.
The benefits to our clients are significant. We offer: simplified budgeting with one fixed figure per month; one point of contact for all building compliance issues; reduction of our clients’ administration and financial management time; access to our quality service providers; an open book relationship on all costs and web-based access for compliance information.
Our clients highly value this unique service model.
