Our building asset management service is an excellent option compared to the more traditional property management and facility management services available, particularly in owner / occupier buildings. We effectively amalgamate the operational and financial management of the services and systems contractors that are nominated within the compliance schedule, thereby creating a single point of contact for our clients.
